Salary: $100k-$120K + Uncapped Commission
We are partnering with a growing and well-established manufacturing organization in Santa Clara that is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Sales Representative to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, managing complex sales cycles, and partnering with customers on technical solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling within a manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment and will be comfortable owning the full sales process - from identifying opportunities and developing relationships to negotiating contracts and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities of Manufacturing Sales Representative:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth within assigned markets
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing
- Partner closely with engineering, operations, and internal teams to deliver customer solutions
- Understand customer needs and translate technical products/services into business value
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and customer information
- Support long-term account growth through strategic relationship management
- 5+ years of successful sales experience within manufacturing, industrial, technical, or related industries
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Comfortable working with technical products and solutions
