You'll learn everything you need to know about solar, how the product works, how homeowners benefit, and what makes our offer strong. We train your pitch, run role-play scenarios, and prepare you for real conversations so you feel confident before hitting the field. What you'll be doing Knock pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections Run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned Qualify homeowners on bill, roof condition, and credit before booking Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle What success looks like Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $78K annualized Year 1: Top quartile clears $180K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles Who we're looking for Coachable.
