Bilingual Human Resources Generalist
Location: Santee, San Diego, CA
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to join our client's team in Santee, San Diego. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background and previous experience supporting employees in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment. This position will support a variety of HR functions while serving as a trusted resource for employees and management.

Responsibilities:

• Support employee relations, performance management, investigations, and conflict resolution
  
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and new hire orientation
  
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
  
• Support attendance tracking, timekeeping, and payroll-related processes
  
• Partner with managers and supervisors to address employee concerns and workplace issues
  
• Assist with benefits administration, leaves of absence, and workers' compensation
  
• Help develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives
  

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of Human Resources experience required
  
• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment required
  
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  
• Strong knowledge of California employment laws and HR best practices
  
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems preferred
  

Assignment Details:

• Contract to hire role
  
• Onsite
  
• Located in Santee, San Diego
  
• Compensation: $41.00-$46.00 per hour DOE
  
• Monday- Friday 7:00am-3:30pm PST
