Accounting Manager

Lead the accounting function for a global manufacturing organization while partnering directly with the CFO. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive financial reporting, controls, compliance, and team development across the accounting operation.

Target Compensation: $115,000 - $125,000
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and trial balances
• Oversee month-end, semi-annual, and annual close processes to ensure timely and accurate results
• Maintain compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and internal accounting policies
• Lead external audit activities and coordinate with tax advisors on income tax compliance and reporting
• Develop and mentor accounting staff while driving process improvements and internal control enhancements
Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience and supervisory exposure
• Manufacturing or industrial industry experience required
• Must have multi-site/location experience
