Product Control Associate

They seek a Product Control Associate to join their Manhattan, NY office.ResponsibilitiesGenerate daily P&L reports and explain key performance drivers, including accruals, market movements, realized and unrealized gains, FX, and feesPrepare executive-ready commentary summarizing daily financial performance and material portfolio changesReconcile daily NAV calculations with internal records, investigating and resolving pricing, accrual, and position discrepanciesValidate security valuations by partnering with pricing teams, fund administrators, and internal stakeholdersInvestigate P&L exceptions and coordinate timely resolution of discrepancies with portfolio management and finance teamsSupport capital account reconciliations, fee accrual reviews, and valuation control activities during month-end closeCoordinate cross-functional efforts related to new investments, restructuring events, and operational issue resolutionMaintain documentation for valuation adjustments, pricing overrides, and financial controls to support audit readinessDesign standardized reporting templates and scalable processes for fund performance reportingAutomate financial reporting and reconciliation workflows using Excel, AI, and data automation tools to improve efficiency and scalabilityRequirements3-5 years of product control experienceDaily P&L and daily NAV experienceFixed income experienceCombo or private experienceCPA preferredJob ID # 48427Tagged as: Hybrid Remote/OfficeDate Posted:Posted on July 7, 2026Location:New York, NY 10019, USAJob Title:Product Control AssociateSalary:$125,000 - $140,000
