Qualifications & Experience Needed:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an OT
• Prior experience as a school-based Occupational Therapist preferred
• Knowledge of IEP processes and implementation of student-centered therapy plans
• Ability to adapt and support diverse student needs in a school environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families
• Commitment to maintaining documentation and accountability standards

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide direct OT services to students according to IEPs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment interventions in the school setting
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to best support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and deliver expertise on occupational therapy goals
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports per district and federal guidelines
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
