Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial intakes and assessments to evaluate clients' psychosocial, emotional, and developmental needs.

• Provide brief therapy solutions and crisis evaluations tailored to individual client needs, ensuring prompt engagement and support.

• Engage in telephone triage to assess client situations and make appropriate referrals for necessary services, demonstrating excellent clinical judgment.

• Deliver high-quality mental health therapy including individual and family therapy sessions for clients facing mild to moderate mental health conditions.

• Collaborate with clients to develop and update personalized treatment plans, aligning goals with current best practices and evidence-based approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
