The Radiology Services Manager oversees a multidisciplinary department with more than 35 team members who cover CT MRI Nuclear Medicine Ultrasound Mammography X ray and Fluoroscopy. The Radiology Department Manager supports a steady high reliability environment that stays calm during surges. Collaborative radiologists and experienced technologists work side by side with front desk PACS and biomedical teams. The Radiology Services Manager advances clinical practice through education mentoring and competency development for every modality. This role manages budgets FTE plans PTO approvals supply orders in OneLink and backfill through Stafferlink. The Diagnostic Imaging Manager addresses member concerns submits FMLA for impacted staff partners with IDM on performance and cascades key updates to teams.
