On our team, you’ll apply your functional knowledge to coach a development team to focus on sprint goals, ensuring the project is successfully progressed. You’ll apply basic scrum principles and concepts to resolve routine problems. Using tools like JIRA, you’ll strengthen sustainable process improvements to help your team accomplish sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. In this role, you’ll directly impact Space missions by providing software and system development. This is an opportunity to grow your experience in scrum software development while developing and contributing to a variety of project solutions that will improve Space missions. You Have: 2+ years of experience with software development in a professional or academic setting Experience gathering and documenting technical and business requirements Experience using JIRA Experience in client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management Experience teaching technical teams the basic Agile framework concepts Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam HS diploma or GED Nice if You Have: Knowledge of the project management framework Knowledge of agency or intelligence community and IT infrastructures Possession of excellent problem-solving skills to provide technical assistance to IT development teams Possession of excellent interpersonal skills to successfully interact with clients, engineers, and managers Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Master's degree Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
