Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A direct hire opportunity is available for an experienced Home Infusion Pharmacist located in Baldwinsville, NY. This role operates Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a stable and consistent schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify intravenous (IV) medications to ensure accuracy and safety.
- Supervise pharmacy technicians during their daily tasks.
- Communicate effectively with patients to address questions and provide support.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in a hospital setting, specifically in home infusion.
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with IV compounding is highly advantageous.
- Must hold a current and valid New York state pharmacist license.
- Clear background with no history of DUI or other legal issues.
