You will own and grow a full desk with responsibility for prospecting, pitching, and closing new business while leading multiple high-level and hard-to-fill leadership searches across California and the western United States. From Director-level to C-suite placements, the Healthcare Management Recruiter will operate as a trusted advisor to healthcare executives, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from intake and search strategy development through candidate presentation, offer negotiation, and acceptance.
