As a Billing Manager, you’ll lead critical financial processes, drive improvements, and partner closely with executive leadership. Why This Opportunity Stands Out: Step into a leadership role as a Billing Manager with direct visibility to executive leadership including the Controller and CFO Shape and improve high-volume financial operations while strengthening your impact as a Billing Manager Lead a team and build a culture of accountability, cross-training, and continuous improvement Expand your expertise in audit readiness, internal controls, and regulated financial environments as a Billing Manager Gain hands‑on exposure to ERP systems, CRM platforms, and payment technologies Drive meaningful process improvements, automation, and workflow optimization Strengthen your leadership presence while mentoring and developing staff as a Billing Manager Partner cross‑functionally and build relationships with external stakeholders nationwide Play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence Key Responsibilities for the Billing Manager: Oversee weekly billing cycles, remittances, and refund processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness Manage billing discrepancies, adjustments, and exceptions through resolution Support month‑end and year‑end close processes, including reconciliations Lead and develop staff while ensuring consistent execution of billing operations Maintain audit‑ready documentation and ensure adherence to internal controls Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy Qualifications for the Billing Manager: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field 5+ years of accounting or billing experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP, data analysis) Strong knowledge of GAAP and billing/AR processes
