The Coordinator serves as an administrative partner to the Recruiters within the Talent Acquisition team, and is responsible for scheduling, facilitating, and monitoring all interviews. The Recruiting Coordinator also supports the team's operational work, working to ensure the recruiting process is run as consistently and efficiently as possible. The Coordinator must be highly organized, detailed, and meticulous. This role is ideal for a process-oriented individual that is able to manage a high volume of requests and projects without sacrificing quality.Responsibilities:Schedule and facilitate on-site interviews for candidates across multiple locations, managing communications via phone and email when requiredCreate a high-touch "best in class" candidate experienceExecute Publicis Talent processes and policies consistentlyMaintain various recruitment tracking and reports, and enhance existing reports where applicableFully and accurately utilize applicant tracking system and all other Talent Acquisition toolsFacilitate recruiting events and campaigns, as requiredContribute to ad hoc project workRepresent, articulate, and evangelize the Publicis brand with personality and professionalismQualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant professional experienceProactive contributor, eager to further develop and learnPracticed ability to adapt to quickly changing and competing prioritiesAdept Outlook userOrganized and process-oriented approachProfessional and effective oral and written communication skillsSuperior strategic thinking and solid analytical skillsSincere desire to work in a team environmentPublicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
