Client Enablement Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Client Enablement Lead to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a technology-driven environment. Location: New York, NY – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $141,000 – $162,000 annually. Responsibilities Own the company’s external knowledge base strategy and material presentation. Collaborate with Technical Solutions to enhance client training programs. Design processes for material audits based on feedback and support tickets. Build onboarding resources for internal teams like Sales and Product. Partner with TS to keep internal knowledge bases current. Identify and address recurring client questions to improve documentation. Define documentation standards and lifecycle processes. Qualifications 4-7 years of experience in client enablement or related field. Proven track record in end-to-end documentation ownership. Experience with both client-facing and internal training. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Proactive problem-solver who connects across teams. Hands‑on with AI writing tools and documentation platforms.
