We are seeking a Human Resources Recruiter to support this growth by helping us build a strong, high-performing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent across multiple departments, including sales, operations, customer support, and other key functions. Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Strategic Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals. Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet ongoing hiring needs across multiple departments. Collaboration & Strategy: Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create effective recruitment strategies. Market Research: Stay informed on industry hiring trends and best practices to attract and retain top talent. HR Support: Assist with onboarding, employee engagement, and other HR-related tasks as needed. Qualifications & Skills: 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruiting. Bachelor’s degree required. Bilingual in Spanish required Talent pipeline management skills with a proactive approach to sourcing. The ability to engage passive candidates and effectively communicate employer value propositions. Experience using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
