This highly visible role is responsible for driving business performancethroughstrategicfinancialplanning,investmentanalysis,commercialdecisionsupport,andP&Lmanagement,helpingaccelerategrowthinsomeofthecompany'smostinnovativeandhigh-impacttechnologybusinesses.Essential ResponsibilitiesSupport Silicon Photonics Product Line leadership, influencing decisions that drive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term business value.Support financial management of the RF & Quantum Product Line P&Ls, including revenue, gross margin, operating profit, and key performance metrics.Drive quarterly forecasts, annual operating plans, and long-range planning processes, ensuring alignment with technology, product, and business objectives.Provide financial leadership and support for customer contracts, pricing decisions, long-term supply agreements, strategic partnerships, and commercial negotiations to ensure appropriate risk-adjusted returns.Lead financial evaluation of R&D investments, technology roadmaps, and innovation initiatives across RF and Quantum technologies to maximize return on investment and resource efficiency.Assist in development and presentation of actionable insights, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior leadership, enabling informed and timely business decisions.Support CapEx planning, capital allocation, investment governance, and business case development for manufacturing capacity, technology development, and strategic growth initiatives.Other ResponsibilitiesPartnercloselywithEngineering,ProductManagement,Sales,Operations,Manufacturing,andSupplyChainteamstosupportexecutionofbusinessobjectivesandstrategicinitiatives.Developandmaintainfinancialmodels,managementreporting,dashboards,andKPIframeworkstoimprovevisibilityintobusinessperformanceanddecision-making.Drivecontinuousimprovementofforecasting,planning,reporting,andfinancialgovernanceprocessestoenhanceaccuracy,efficiency,andscalabilityEvaluatebusinessrisksandopportunitiesrelatedtomarkettrends,customerdemand,technologyinvestments,andcompetitivepositioningRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field6+ years of progressive finance experience, including supporting product-driven, manufacturing, or technology-intensive businesses.Proven experience in business finance, FP&A, or P&L support within semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or B2B technology environments.Demonstrated lead financial workstreams related to forecasting, contracts, & capital investment.Deep analytical skills coupled with the ability to simplify complexity and drive clear decisions.Comfortable operating with minimal direction in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.Fluency in English, written and verbal.Preferred QualificationsMasters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.Ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leaders across multiple functions and regions.Semiconductor industry direct working experienceExpected Salary Range$88,000.00 - $177,000.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.If you need a reasonable accommodation for any part of the employment process, please contact us by email at View email address on click.appcast.io and let us know the nature of your request and your contact information.
