We invite you to read more about us at our website: Job Description: Our law firm needs an experienced Case Manager to serve as the liaison between medical providers and clients. As the assigned Case Manager, we are looking for a friendly individual who genuinely enjoys being around people and who can manage multiple tasks at once. Responsibilities: (The responsibilities are not limited to but include)
- Handling all types of pre-litigation cases including auto VS. auto, dog bite, slip and fall, premise, pedestrian, and government claims.
- Opening claims, sending representation letters, setting clients up with medical providers and managing appointments, running policy limits, requesting police reports, sending D.M.V. documents, requesting medical records, bills, and confirming medical balances.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of responding quickly to the needs of the clients.
- Full team of medical records, property damage and other team member support!
- We have a Senior Case Manager position open as well. There is growth opportunities to become a department lead.
- Bilingual in Spanish (Preferred)
- Full-time availability
- Minimum of 2 years of case management experience in the field of workers compensation
- Must be good a multi-tasking
