This role ensures account teams are well-prepared for client discussions, enabling senior consultants to focus on strategic engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport development of account and client intelligence, client research, and executive relationship mappingCoordinate logistics for account team meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and materials preparationDocument client updates, account team discussions, and follow-up actions, and ensure timely dissemination to account teamsMaintain CRM and account management systems and account plans, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and account visibilityTrack client opportunities, account activities, and growth indicators. Identify trends and support reporting insights.Prepare presentations, summaries, and supporting materials for account management meetings and leadership reviewsCollaborate with AVPs and Sales Operations to ensure consistent, accurate reporting across accountsSupport account management training, onboarding, and adoption of account planning tools and processesSupport continuous improvement of account management processes and toolsQualifications3+ years of relevant and related experienceStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics preferredExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reportingStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear summaries and materialsCollaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with account managers, consultants, and cross-functional teamsDemonstrated professional judgment, integrity, and commitment to supporting client engagement activitiesApplicants for employment must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Kaufman Hall (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status)EducationBachelor's degree requiredPhysical RequirementsMust be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodationsWork is generally done sitting, talking, hearing and typing. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances.
