Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating group therapy sessions that are engaging and supportive, allowing clients to share their experiences and learn from one another.

• Providing individualized therapy through empathetic counseling methods to help clients uncover their thoughts and feelings, resulting in actionable coping strategies and personal growth.

• Collaborating with clients to create tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs, preferences, and goals.

• Monitoring and assessing client progress through various tools and methodologies to ensure that therapeutic goals are being met.

• Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, communicating openly and consulting on complex cases to provide optimal care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30, navigating various mental health challenges. Our outpatient treatment programs include evidence-based and holistic approaches tailored specifically for this demographic. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Valid and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in Texas.

• Demonstrated ability to provide mental health treatment and support to clients in a clinical environment.

Preferred Experience\n
