Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Allegiance Behavioral Health LLC, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing video conferencing tools, ensuring therapeutic interventions align with modern best practices.

• Assessing client needs through detailed evaluations, creating personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique circumstances and goals.

• Employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, to effectively support clients in their journey toward mental health improvement.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals to coordinate care, share insights, and develop collective strategies for client success.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and progress in accordance with federal and state regulations, ensuring compliance and high-quality record-keeping.

• Engaging in continuous professional development, including attending workshops and participating in peer supervision, to keep current with the evolving landscape of mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will provide therapy to a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and familial challenges. Our client population varies in age, background, and therapeutic needs, giving you the opportunity to apply your skills across a wide spectrum of mental health issues. You will be instrumental in guiding clients toward improved emotional health and family dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited program.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical services within the scope of marriage and family therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
