Job Details Duration: 7/20/2026 to 9/30/2026 Business Operations Manager (Contract) Location: San Francisco, CA 94107 (Hybrid) Duration: 7/20/2026 to 9/30/2026 Team: CPro PMM Management Job Description We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to support Product Marketing organization during a leave of absence. This role partners closely with Product Marketing leadership to drive strategic initiatives, operational execution, planning, business performance tracking, and cross-functional alignment across pricing, packaging, segmentation, and go-to-market initiatives. This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who thrives in fast-paced SaaS organizations and enjoys turning strategy into operational execution. Responsibilities Partner with Product Marketing leaders to translate strategic plans into operational execution across pricing, packaging, segmentation, growth planning, and go-to-market initiatives Coordinate and lead recurring business cadences including QBRs, roadmap reviews, business health reviews, and OKR tracking Support annual planning cycles, executive reporting, and initiative tracking Monitor business performance using product, marketing, and customer data while partnering with Analytics and Finance teams to drive informed decisions Coordinate cross-functional alignment and proactively identify operational risks, dependencies, and decision bottlenecks Develop executive presentations and communication materials that clearly communicate business priorities and recommendations Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution Apply strong program management discipline to drive project delivery across multiple stakeholders Continuously improve operational processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions Qualifications 5 to 7 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Marketing Operations, or related business functions within a SaaS or technology company Consulting experience is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into business recommendations Experience supporting senior leadership and executive-level presentations Experience with planning processes, marketing metrics, product metrics, and financial modeling Excellent written communication, executive storytelling, and presentation skills Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed organization Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills Bachelor's degree required MBA or advanced degree preferred Compensation Pay Rate: $80.99 per hour Requisition ID: 37450257 #J-18808-Ljbffr Cypress HCM
