HR Coordinator

Randstad is sourcing an HR Coordinator on behalf of our corporate client in Las Vegas to manage day-to-day HR operations.

If you have a couple of years of HR experience—or if you are a recent grad with a relevant HR internship—and want to build your career in a fast-moving corporate environment, this is a great fit

salary: $62,400 - $70,720 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Data & Systems: Manage new hire entries in ADP, track employee hours and attendance, and keep records up to date.

• Onboarding Logistics: Order background checks, coordinate drug screens, and make sure new hires are cleared on time.

• Events: Help organize and coordinate logistics for company events and employee engagement programs.
