Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to construct detailed profiles of clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that set clear objectives and include specific interventions tailored to each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care ensuring all aspects of client health are addressed.

• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans when necessary to support clients in acute distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all client interactions are recorded with care.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops, enhancing the supportive network around clients and encouraging peer interaction.

Your work as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will directly engage a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
