Responsibilities: Review repair orders and submit warranty claims Track, reconcile, and resolve rejected claims Maintain warranty schedules and documentation Communicate with advisors, technicians, and management Learn and follow Ford warranty policies and procedures Assist service department with warranty-related inquiries Qualifications: Experience as a Warranty Administrator in a dealership is required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable learning new computer systems and processes Excellent computer and data entry skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Professional communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
