Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for clients, employing evidence-based practices.

• Provide psychotherapy services through telehealth platforms and in-person sessions, catering to the needs of individuals and families experiencing various emotional and social challenges.

• Supervise and mentor interns and trainees, ensuring they understand documentation requirements, compliance with federal and state policies, and clinical standards.

• Facilitate training sessions and workshops, empowering aspiring mental health professionals within the community.

• Manage the intern recruitment and onboarding processes, aligning practices with agency goals to sustain a robust team.

• Maintain accurate and organized clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with agency protocols and legal standards.

• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives, collaborating with other healthcare providers to continuously enhance service delivery.

• Monitor and review intern caseloads, providing supportive oversight to ensure quality care and positive client outcomes.

• Engage in crisis intervention and clinical consultation, providing support via phone and virtual platforms for both routine and emergency situations.

• Contribute to the completion of programmatic reports and maintain effective communication with program leadership.

Qualifications\n

Mind Empowerment Counseling Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually for this full-time position.
