Product Manager - Payments Sales Experience

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• 5–8+ years of experience in product management or a closely related field, with increasing responsibility for complex, enterprise-scale products.
• Strong command of the product development lifecycle, including strategy, discovery, delivery, and optimization in large, regulated, or data-intensive environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders across product, engineering, data, UX, and business functions.
• Applied familiarity with AI-, analytics-, or automation-enabled products, and the ability to turn emerging capabilities into practical solutions focused on customer and business needs; deep technical expertise is not required.
• Demonstrated ability to define success metrics, assess business impact, and make data-informed trade-offs.
• Understanding of managed-risk or regulated environments, including collaboration with legal, compliance, and control functions.
• Strong executive communication and coaching skills, with the ability to guide teams through ambiguity and evolving technology landscapes.

• Set the vision and strategy for Payments Sales experiences, using agentic AI, analytics, and automation to create differentiation, scale, and business impact.
• Work with Design, Product, Data, and Technology leaders to identify, prioritize, and fund valuable opportunities aligned with customer needs, market developments, and our strategy.
• Take end-to-end accountability for products, considering effects across data, compliance, risk, and operations.
• Lead product discovery and insight generation through user research, journey mapping, experimentation, and market analysis to shape a forward-looking, AI-enabled roadmap.
• Define and track product success measures, including adoption, automation, cycle time, revenue enablement, and operational efficiency, using insights to guide prioritization and investment.
• Drive strong execution through clear problem definition and close collaboration with engineering, data science, and design teams.
• Promote responsible AI practices, including governance, risk management, and transparency, as capabilities mature and scale.
• Develop and mentor product managers, establishing high standards for product thinking, analytical rigor, and stakeholder communication.
• Serve as a senior, executive-facing product leader, communicating strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes clearly and credibly.
