The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks and have prior experience working in the construction industry. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining financial records, assisting with office operations, coordinating administrative tasks, and supporting our growing home-building business. Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask are essential.
