Case Manager: Client Recovery & Community Partnerships
The Salvation Army
The Salvation Army is seeking a Case Manager at the Stapleton Corps in New York City. This role involves developing partnerships with social service agencies and creating individualized recovery plans for families served by Social Ministries.
