Case Manager: Client Recovery & Community Partnerships

The Salvation Army

The Salvation Army is seeking a Case Manager at the Stapleton Corps in New York City. This role involves developing partnerships with social service agencies and creating individualized recovery plans for families served by Social Ministries. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and have experience working with underserved communities. Responsibilities include overseeing client assessments and workshops, as well as maintaining client confidentiality.
