Job Description

• Craft Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and develop tailored strategies to assist them in reaching their individual functional goals.
• Implement Evidence-Based Practices: Employ proven techniques to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to provide holistic, comprehensive care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Share knowledge regarding therapy methods with patients and their families to foster continued recovery at home.
• Track Progress and Make Adjustments: Monitor patient progress, document clinical outcomes, and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on the right path.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Opportunities for continuing education or additional certifications are encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• Required certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy).
