Accounting Clerk (Contract to Hire)Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in accounting? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Contract-to-Hire Accounting Clerk to join our team in Ontario, CA.Location: Ontario, CA Type: Contract to Hire Pay Rate: $23-27/hour (Based on Experience) Immediate Start Available, Must have Sage experienceKey Responsibilities:Accounts Payable and Receivable:Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.Handle invoices, ensuring accuracy in the 3-way match process.Code transactions in Sage 100.Vendor Communication:Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies.Collections:Perform collection activities if needed, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding payments.Administrative Support:Assist with administrative and office tasks as required.Maintain organized records and documentation.Qualifications:2+ years of AP/AR experienceFamiliarity with Sage 100 software.Previous experience in accounts payable and receivable roles.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hourSearch managed by: Allison Lau Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
