Bower Surf Club is looking for experienced, dependable, and hardworking Dinner Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Dishwashers to join our culinary team in Santa Monica.
Bower brings together California Coastal cuisine with influences from Australian café culture, Mediterranean flavors, and Southeast Asian flavors. We’re building a team that values great food, organization, teamwork, and genuine hospitality.

- Line Cooks — $19–$24/hour
- Prep Cooks — $19–$24/hour
- Dishwashers — $18.50–$20/hour
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Previous restaurant, kitchen, or food service experience is preferred. Candidates should be reliable, punctual, team-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Line and prep cook candidates should have food preparation and knife skills appropriate to their role.
We’re specifically looking for candidates with Dinner availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Teaching and teamwork are at the core of what we do, and we’re looking for people who want to be part of a hardworking, supportive culinary team.

LO QUE BUSCAMOS
Se prefiere experiencia previa en restaurantes, cocinas o preparación de alimentos. Los candidatos deben ser responsables, puntuales, trabajar bien en equipo, sentirse cómodos trabajando en un ambiente dinámico y mantener una cocina limpia y organizada.
Los candidatos para los puestos de cocinero de línea y cocinero de preparación deben tener experiencia en preparación de alimentos y habilidades con cuchillos adecuadas para su puesto.
