Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Mom's Meals
Mom’s Meals is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support clients receiving home-delivered meals. In this fast-paced, mission-driven role, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls in English and another language (such as Spanish), assist clients with orders, deliveries, and account updates, and help resolve issues with care and professionalism. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely meal deliveries while documenting interactions, protecting sensitive information, and reflecting our values of compassion, quality, and reliability with every customer contact.
