Labor Solutions is seeking a reliable and organized Office Admin to join our team in the staffing industry.

Job Description:
- Source and screen candidates for open positions
- Post job openings on appropriate job boards
- Communicate with applicants and coordinate interviews
- Assist with the hiring and onboarding process
- Work with management to identify and fill staffing needs
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Maintain accurate candidate and applicant records
- Provide timely communication and follow-up with candidates
- Ensure a professional and positive hiring experience
Requirements:
- Ability to show up and work entire shift.
- Computer skills
- Biligual (Spanish)
