Work Environment

This position requires providing therapy onsite, which means you will be delivering care directly in patients' homes. Key Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and evaluations of each patient's physical limitations and rehabilitation goals.
• Employ diverse treatment techniques, including hands-on therapy, manual therapy methods, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities such as heat and cold applications.
• Utilize clinical judgment and evidence-based practices to make adjustments to treatment plans as patients progress, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of treatment sessions and patient progress in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Actively communicate with patients and their families, providing updates and education regarding treatment plans, expected outcomes, and home exercises.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
