Position Overview

Provide family medicine primary care services across clinic and hospital settings for a broad patient population from newborns through geriatrics. This role includes inpatient rounding and admissions.

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO with family medicine training
• Active Oregon medical license (facility requires Oregon licensure)
• BLS and NRP certifications as required by the facility
• Epic EMR experience
• Ability to perform required clinical procedures as applicable to the role
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify
