Role: Solution Architect /Tech Manager level
JD: 10+ years of hands-on programming experience in Java, Python, scripting languages. Good experience in Oracle, MongoDB databases. 5+ years hands-on architectural and design experience. Function as the technical representative for development, remove technology roadblocks including code, build, deployment. Interpret, develop and ensure security, stability, scalability within functions of technology, with low to moderate complexity and identify, manage and mitigate technology and enterprise risk. 5+ years experience with enterprise grade automation / observability solutions including design, development and rollout using tools like Ansible, Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus. Development experience in data platforms like Ab Initio / Teradata. 5+ years experience in solution design, estimation, planning, end to end implementation, change management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects.
