ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2021 and has built a strong reputation for developing team members and helping customers protect what matters most. I started my career as a State Farm team member right out of college, which gave me valuable experience and a deep understanding of the business before opening my own agency.

I’m a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi. I’m married and have played football most of my life, which helped shape my competitive spirit and team-first mindset. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, going to the beach, and spending time with my Shepherd. I’m also involved in the community as a member of the Rotary Club of West University, where we work to support local initiatives and give back to the community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Brett Campo - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
