- Support Accounts Receivable activities, including invoicing and collections
- Prepare account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Assist with month-end close activities and financial reporting support
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation
- Partner with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate transactions
- Prior accounting experience with AP, AR, and account reconciliations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
