VP, Acquisitions | Hospitality

A confidential real estate private equity firm is seeking a Vice President to join its acquisitions team, focused on sourcing, evaluating, and executing value-add hotel investments across a diverse range of hospitality property types. This is a highly transaction-oriented role with limited asset management responsibilities, offering significant exposure to the full investment lifecycle from origination through closing. The ideal candidate is an ambitious investment professional with 5 to 8 years of experience who is looking to take on greater responsibility within an entrepreneurial and growing investment platform. Key Responsibilities Source and cultivate new investment opportunities through relationships with brokers, owners, lenders, and industry participants Lead underwriting, financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis for prospective acquisitions Manage due diligence, transaction execution, and closing processes in coordination with internal and external stakeholders Prepare investment memoranda and present recommendations to senior leadership and the investment committee Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to identify attractive investment opportunities Desired Experience & Qualifications 5 to 8 years of total professional experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, lending, advisory, or a related institutional investment environment Meaningful transaction experience involving hospitality assets Strong financial modeling, underwriting, valuation, and analytical capabilities Demonstrated ability to manage multiple live transactions and work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with a proactive, business development-oriented mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr Redpath Partners
