Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients with a variety of complex conditions, including traumas, transplants, and ventilated patients.
• Collaborate closely with the Critical Care Intensivist and nursing staff to ensure extraordinary patient care.
• Manage patient ratios of 1:3-4, ensuring high standards of care and patient safety.
• Utilize EPIC charting for accurate documentation and patient management.
• Float to various units as required to meet the staffing needs of the hospital, including but not limited to Bellevue campus.
• Maintain a nicotine-free environment and comply with all facility policies and requirements.

Qualifications

• Active AHA BLS and ACLS certification required, with CCRN and NIH strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a large, urban hospital setting.
• Experience with drips and managing complex patient care across multiple floors.
• EPIC charting experience required.
• Willingness to float within the scope to meet facility needs.
• Must adhere to a 100% nicotine-free policy; pending Nebraska RN state license accepted.
