Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care for patients with a range of medical and surgical conditions, including telemetry monitoring.
• Manage patient assignments and adjust to frequently floating assignments between units.
• Implement safety and de-escalation techniques for behavioral health patients on secured floors.
• Administer medication, including drips, and perform complex care procedures per facility protocols.
• Utilize EPIC charting system to maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including care techs, transport teams, and CNAs, to ensure effective patient care.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification required; ACLS and CPI preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a large, urban hospital setting.
• Proficient in EPIC charting system.
• Experience with drips and telemetry patient monitoring.
• Comfortable working with behavioral health patient populations in a secured setting.
• Must be willing to float to various units as needed to meet facility demands.
