Description

• Conduct evaluations of patients in either an inpatient or outpatient environment, crafting tailored treatment plans that reflect individual needs
• Implement physical therapy interventions to enhance mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
• Work synergistically with nurses, physicians, case managers, and fellow rehab professionals to maximize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic objectives, discharge planning, and home exercise protocols
• Document patient evaluations, treatments, and progress meticulously, following facility and regulatory protocols

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
