Desktop Support Technician

Role Overview We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Alpharetta, Georgia. This is an on-site, client-based role that requires local candidates. The successful candidate will ensure proper day-to-day operation of technology applications and equipment, provide deskside assistance, and perform scheduled moves, installations, and cancellations. What You Will Do The Desktop Support Technician will identify, research, and resolve technical problems, provide quality level II support, and utilize ServiceNow for issue tracking. They will also interact with asset management, network services, and other teams to restore service and identify core problems. Why It Might Be a Fit This role requires excellent presentation, verbal communication, and written skills. The successful candidate will possess 3+ years of experience with end user support and desktop support, as well as experience with Windows operating system. White Glove support or experience supporting VIPS is a plus.
