Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address diverse mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Work collaboratively with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on their specific goals for mental wellness and recovery.
\n
• Provide timely crisis intervention and emotional support to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records consistent with state and federal regulations to uphold the highest ethical standards in practice.

• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings to better coordinate care, discuss treatment progress, and develop solutions for complex cases.

• Stay abreast of contemporary trends, research findings, and best practices in mental health to continually enhance your skills and service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will directly impact a diverse client population, including individuals facing mental health challenges that affect their daily lives and familial relationships. You will specifically provide teletherapy services to people from various backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent and affirming care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited academic institution.

• Current licensure in Oregon as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, or eligibility for licensure.
\n
• Proven experience delivering counseling services to diverse clientele through a variety of therapeutic modalities.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to establish and maintain rapport with clients from all walks of life.

• A strong commitment to cultural competence, selecting practices that respect each client's unique background.
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
\n
• The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for maintaining client documentation.

• Experience with specific therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Background in telehealth service delivery and understanding of the nuances involved.

Compensation and Benefits\n
