Job duties include keeping production moving by feeding machines, packing boxes, or stacking finished goods; checking product quality and flagging anything off; following safety rules and wearing your gear; working with your crew to hit shift goals; and keeping your area clean and ready for the next round.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, experience in production or quick to learn, ability to lift and stack safely up to 50 lbs, and a solid work ethic.

As a Production Specialist, you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
