Qualifications:

• Active Colorado Special Education License with Early Childhood endorsement, or eligibility via reciprocity.
• Experience with preschool-aged children strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of child development and early intervention practices.
• Effective communicator with excellent family collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction and development support to preschoolers with special needs.
• Create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Monitor student progress and maintain compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with families, therapists, and other professionals.
• Foster growth in communication, social-emotional, behavioral, and developmental domains.
• Participate in evaluations, eligibility determination, and IEP meetings.
