Qualifications:

• Active Colorado Special Education License, or eligibility to obtain via reciprocity
• Experience with elementary-aged students preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP compliance and special education processes
• Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct special education instruction and academic support
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct progress monitoring and maintain compliance documentation
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and service providers
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Support students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
