Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Colorado Special Education License with Early Childhood endorsement, or eligibility for reciprocity
• Background in working with preschool-aged children is preferred
• Thorough understanding of early childhood development and early intervention strategies
• Excellent skills in communication and collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams

What You’ll Do:

• Offer specialized instruction tailored to the needs of preschool-aged students receiving special education services
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Monitor students' progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Work closely with families, therapists, and other team members to support every aspect of students' growth
• Participate actively in evaluations, eligibility meetings, and IEP discussions
• Address communication, social-emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs to maximize student potential

Candidates will primarily be working onsite, making a direct difference in students’ lives. Caseloads will comprise preschool-aged children, with specifics determined by district confirmation.
