Key Responsibilities\n

• As an LCSW reporting to the Social Work Manager, you will perform comprehensive evaluations to assess diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans. By applying your clinical skills, you will assist patients and families in addressing psychosocial challenges stemming from mental and physical illnesses.

• You will consistently adhere to the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Code of Ethics, ensuring that all practices align with professional standards.

• Your daily tasks will include completing bio-psychosocial assessments to identify barriers to treatment, and enhancing overall patient health status and resource utilization.

• You will provide detailed consultations regarding patients' psychosocial functioning, collaborating with medical personnel to establish comprehensive care programs that prioritize treatment compliance and coordinate care effectively.

• Developing treatment plans is key; you will employ both individual and group therapy modalities, continuously analyzing the effectiveness of interventions to optimize patient health outcomes.

• Documenting all social work activities in medical records will be required, adhering to departmental standards on content and frequency.

• Your role also includes educating patients and families about medical and social work recommendations, facilitating a deeper understanding and acceptance of their treatment protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily focus on clients within the detox and recovery phases of treatment. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, along with a current license from the State Board of Social Work Licensure, specifically a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) status.

Compensation and Benefits\n
