Admin Assistant Responsible for maintaining day-to-day administrative services in order to meet admin and operational requirements of the company. Job Specification Graduate of any 4 year Bachelor's degree course. With at least 1 to 2 years of related working experience in administrative tasks, even as a Receptionist. Skilled in accomplishing accurate and complete documentation. Must have a keen eye for detail. Organized in terms of filing of documentation. Good written and oral communication. Amenable to work in Binondo, Metro Manila. Recruitment Officer Ensure that all recruitment policies, procedures, and techniques are adhered to and improvements are recommended by executing the standard and effective recruitment and training processes in the organization and its outsourced service providers. Job Specification At least Bachelor’s degree, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or equivalent. Preferably with at least 3 years solid experience in handling recruitment for a Manufacturing Industry. Sourcing, interview, screening, and selection skills; Analytical, People-oriented and Keen on details. Purchasing Officer Procure items and services requested by all departments to ensure continuous and effective operations through low cost, timely, and high-quality products and services. Build good supplier rapport and relationship. Job Specification Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others), Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others or equivalent. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Working experiences should be from a manufacturing industry and ISO Certified company. Preferably living near Intramuros, Manila. ImpEx Officer Inquire and Procure Imported Materials required by Planning, Plant/Warehouses to ensure continuous and cost-effective operation. Monitor and provide updates on the status of end to end import transaction. Job Specification Preferably with a bachelor's degree in Customs Administration and any four-year Business related course. With a minimum of 2 years related experience in the same field, ideally Officer Level. Having a PEZA processing experience is an advantage; know-how on duties and taxes and LC preparation; strong coordination and monitoring skills. Must be good in oral and written communication; assertive and highly analytical. Must be willing to work in Binondo, Manila. In charge in planning and coordinating technical engineering data to in-house production and site fabrication to ensure the project is completed within the budget and schedule. Job Specification Graduate of Bachelor’s degree of Engineering (Licensed). With at least 3-5 years of working experience. With CAD experience or expertise. Technical Project Head Responsible in ensuring that the various projects and services offered by the Sales Team are in accordance to the approved standards and systems vis a vis Customer requirement. Job Specification Bachelor Degree with PRC License (Engineering). At least 5 years related experience on the same level. Relevant experience/background in Technical Project Management. Must have significant experience in handling/leading a technical project end to end. Must have network connection in upcoming projects in the market. Willing to work in Binondo, Manila. Finance and Accounting Manager Assist the Executive Vice President to implement, monitor, revise as needed the Company’s Accounting system and ensure the prompt preparation of financial statements, management reports, and other statistical reports needed by the management, government regulatory bodies, and other interested users. Handles the Accounts Payable Unit, Fixed Asset Unit, Audit Unit, and General Ledger Unit, Costing Unit, Tax Unit, Treasury Unit, Credit and Collection Unit, and Finance. Consolidate all Financial Statements of the group. Ensure that the company’s funds are safeguarded, controls are set and strictly followed, handle and motivate subordinates and create a life and work balance. Aligned work objectives with the attainment of the company’s mission and vision. Job Specification Must be a CPA. Preferably with at least 5 years solid experience as Finance and Accounting Manager. Can manage Multi-tasking & Stress Management Expert. Can handle multiple companies (local and international) including the necessary reports and compliances. Must have knowledge in PEZA regulations, extensive experience in BOC and BIR transactions. Must be willing to work in Binondo, Manila. Document Controller Responsible in safekeeping and controlling of the company’s quality management system’s documents and records. Ensure that all documents and records are updated and the distribution is controlled in accordance to ISO 9001:2015. Job Specification Must be a graduate of any 4 year course, preferably Engineering degree. Must have experience in working in a manufacturing company and should be an ISO certified company. Has experience as an Internal Quality Auditor (IQA). Background in QMS is an advantage. Legal Officer Provide general legal services for the whole organization. Draft basic legal documents and business correspondence, implementation of Employee Discipline, review of contracts. Coordinate with the Company’s Legal Counsel as needed. Mandatory DOLE report submission. Job Specification Graduate of Law, Legal Management, Political Science, or any legal discipline. Preferably with at least 1-2 years related experience; Excellent documentation and organization skills. Analytical, people-oriented, keen on details and must have an assertive personality. Cost Accountant Primarily in charge of the Company’s products and services’ thorough Costing Analysis critical in the decision making process of various departments such as Sales, Accounting and Production. Job Specification Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, Mathematics or Industrial Engineering. Preferably with at least 2 years experience in costing in Manufacturing setting. Ability to prioritize and to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Ability to handle confidential information. Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills. People-oriented / keen eye on details, accuracy is imperative / excellent monitoring and coordination skill / Team player and have the ability to work independently and meet deadline. Key Accounts Specialist Develop and maintain key accounts via implementation of the basic principles of accounts management thereby ensuring the achievement of sales and collection targets. To handle Hardware Accounts. Job Specification Graduate of Bachelor’s degree of BSBA, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or any business course. With at least 1-2 years sales experience, preferably from metal industry or any industrial selling experience. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. Excellent presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, resourceful and with technical know-how is an advantage. Service-oriented, personable and analytical. Willing to work in Binondo, Manila. Must be detail oriented and a team player. Machine Operator Responsible for operating the machine he is assigned to including its set up, operation and maintenance. Job Specification Preferably graduate of any Engineering or pre-engineering, Vocational or Technical course. At least 2 years related experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably from the metal or steel industry. Basic skills in maintenance and quality check. Keen eye for details; physically fit, process-oriented. Willing to work in Filinvest Technology Park, Calamba, Laguna. Preferably with TESDA Certification in Machining.
